Natalie is true healer (and she's also super kind and knowledgable!) Speaking to her opened my heart (and tear ducts) to understanding how deeply my family history effects me, and realizing how much trauma exists in my past. (Hello, my grandma lost her WHOLE family in the holocaust!). She's as grounded and intellectual as much as she is whimsical and intuitive (my kind of gal!) She's a Health and Wellness Coach, Facilitator of healing, Teacher, Family Constellation Therapist, and Reiki Master. Natalie urges us to look at and shine a light onto these past wounds. She says if we don't, there are perhaps unconscious ways we may be holding on to unresolved Trauma and holding ourselves back from living the life we REALLY want to live! On this episode:
What is YOUR family constellation? What part of your past do you need to shine a light on? If you'd be so brave, I'd love to hear about whatever you'd like to share, below. Much love friends!

Marc Patterson has quickly become one of my favorite men on the planet. Marc and I share a love for Buddhism and Meditation and recently went on a weeklong Meditation retreat together (along with 60 other humans) up in Vermont at an amazing center called Karme Choling. On this episode we delve into what meditating for a whole week is like. Marc (aka Dawa Chöga) holds a BA in Creative Nonfiction and English Literature from the University of Southern New Hampshire. His short stories and essays have appeared in Words & Images (University of Southern Maine Press), and Haunted Maine (Macabre Maine Press), The Monadnock Conservancy Quarterly, and elsewhere. He is a buddhist in the Tibetan/Shambhala lineage, a poetry writing dharma bum, a freelance writer, profuse traveler, avid outdoorsman, and voracious reader. He’s passionate about social activism, especially in the areas of education and the environment. Currently, Marc is crafting a series of essays under the working title “The Wilderness is Home” as well as completing a book of poetry, “Tangled Trees, Clear Mind.” We talk about:
Hope you enjoy! Do you have plans on going on a Meditation retreat? Would love to hear. |
