With 15 years of martial arts and personal training experience, Garnett Strother brings a unique and refreshing approach to these two distinct yet intertwined disciplines that are rarely seen on either platform. Holding a Black belt in Sho-ku-jitsu Ryu Karate under 10th degree Shidoshi Nathan Ingram in 2007.

Garnett is also proficient in boxing and Muay Thai and has studied under Kru Brandon Levi and Ajarn Phil Nurse and has been competing in the full contact and muay thai circuit since 2008.

His personal training education was fine tuned under the watchful eye of 1986 Mister America and veteran celebrity trainer Rich Barretta since 2009.

Diego Perez is a meditator, writer, and speaker who is most widely known on Instagram and various social media networks through his pen name Yung Pueblo. 

​The name Yung Pueblo means young people; it serves to remind him of his Ecuadorian roots, his experiences in activism, and that the collective of humanity is in the midst of important growth.
 
Diego's practice of Vipassana meditation, as taught by S.N. Goenka, has given him a deeper understanding of liberation that inspires his written work. Through writing and speaking he aims to support the healing of the individual, knowing that when people release their personal burdens it helps humanity build a global peace. 
 
His first book “Inward” is set for release in Fall 2017. Through poems, quotes, and short essays he explores the reality of self healing, the movement from self love to unconditional love, and the wisdom that comes when we truly work toward knowing ourselves. 
 
Diego studied at Wesleyan University and is currently living in New York City.

Laura Beth Moss is a teacher and writer as well as Certified Integrative Life Coach through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists.

She is also a Certified Anger Management Specialist-IV as an Authorized Supervisor and Diplomate for the National Anger Management Association (NAMA). She specializes in helping people understand their personal narratives as well as integrate and explore emotional states.

More recently, she developed and co-wrote the Certified Crisis Intervention Handbook for First Responders. It is an empathy based, trauma informed approach to handling crisis.

Laura Beth grew up in the foothills of NC and moved to NYC after graduating from The University of the North Carolina School of the Arts. She has been a successful Broadway, film and television actress as well as a top-tier NYC real estate professional.
